Cape Town-based, fine jewellery brand, Raimondo believes everyone is unique, and so your jewellery should be too. Using precious stones, rare and unusual diamonds and precious metals, founder Anna Raimondo and her team create well-made, delicate pieces to become modern heirlooms. Anna’s impressive skill and attention to detail are visible in each piece. After completing her Fine Arts degree in Jewellery and Metal Techniques, she went on to study at Richemont’s Creative Academy in Milan. After returning to SA in 2010, she started Smith Jewellery (now Raimondo) in a small corner of her garage. The first design she made was long silver teardrop earrings, which, to this day, are still one of her best-sellers. Looking at the collection, there’s something for everyone: from timeless classics like signet rings, chain bracelets, and pendant necklaces, to intricately designed pieces inspired by Japanese flower arrangements, woven textures, and treasures found on the shoreline. From unusual to elegant - each piece is designed to serve as a confirmation of the wearer’s unique personal style.
