For the founder and designer of Sitting Pretty, Emma Longden, being in this position in the fashion industry means embracing slower, more ethical processes. Emma started her Cape Town-based clothing, footwear and accessories brand in April of 2009 out of a desire to create beautiful, timeless pieces that would make the wearer feel comfortable and confident.
