MARETH | COLLEEN is the brainchild of Mareth van der Walt and Colleen Lesch, a forceful fashion duo that resides in Cape Town. Colleen and Mareth met whilst studying Fashion Design, and after both gaining priceless fashion experience, they collaborated on creating a single wedding dress, which developed into a fully-fledged creative partnership and the birth of their MARETH | COLLEEN brand. The brand's personality reflects the edgy spirit of Cape Town while embracing all that is feminine. The range includes some quality, wardrobe staples such as the ultra-classic and comfortable, knitted Suki Wrap Dress, to dazzling garments such as the full sequins Lyndon dress with its ultra-slimming silhouette. The MARETH | COLLEEN collection also includes a maternity-wear range, as well as a robust long-lasting kidswear range. Using locally sourced talent and materials, they also love to incorporate intricate beadwork into their collection, which has resulted in a fledgling community upliftment project that empowers rural individuals through skills development.
